Alaska passengers are advised to check in at Terminal 2, and to claim luggage at Baggage Carousel 1 on the lower level. Alaska’s flights will now operate from gates G4 and G6 located on the G Concourse.

Alaska will notify its customers in advance by email and will have staff and signage at its ticket counters in Terminal 3 during the transition to redirect passengers to Terminal 2.
Alaska Airlines currently operates 10 daily departures from O’Hare. Its relocation to Terminal 2 was planned in conjunction with the opening of the L Concourse extension last year, which delivered O’Hare’s first new gates in 25 years.
