Thank you for taking the time to do our survey. Just to give you some back ground knowledge on how the hotel is set up. All of the lake view rooms are queen size and they are no where near a big as a king suite. Therefore it would have been a down grade to move. There would also be nothing to check in the system because the King Suite is the best room that we have here. Please feel free to contact the hotel if you have any other questions.

Thank you for staying with us. We try our best to direct people to parking in the area. However when there are events in town it is more difficult due to the other garages raise their prices and we do not want to tell the guests one thing and have them find out differently when they get to a specific location. We hope you still enjoyed your stay with us.

The restrooms were not updated at all. The ac/heater was noisy and could not be set to share it didn’t kick onn and off over and over.
