I’ll be visiting the States in a couple of months – staying outside Chicago and travelling into the city a few times by train. Does anyone know of good stores for big and tall men’s clothing?

Man… I’ll tell you where I go every time I fly into Chicago OHare — I go to a place called Martin’s Big & Tall www.martinsbigtall.com. I believe they’re family owned and operated anyways they have a huge selection and good pricing. BUT the best part for a traveling man like myself is that they are less than 5 miles from the airport.

I like Martins. They have a good selection. Just down the road from them now is a Rochester big and tall in Oakbrook just to the west of 83 & 22st. They both have great clothes, the biggest difference is the brands they carry and cost. Rochester tends to carry more name brands but cost much more. They have some shirts as high as $225.

My husband is tall, but not big and we can’t find anything that fits him. Checking the Martins website, it seems that it is all big. I’m thinking we have to shop in Denmark, where the average height is much higher than in the US. Anyway, if people here know of stores that carry Tall, that would be great for me!
