Buffalo Wild Wings is right at one of the mall entrances, making it one of the ideal eating places if you happen to be in the mall area. This place is often busy on most days, so be prepared for a wait. On the plus…side, you can give them your number and go enjoy the mall for a bit while you wait for them to call.There is a variety of seating in this restaurant, with high-top tables near the bar, booths, and standard tables. The service is always good and the food is really nice for your standard American pub fare. If you don’t know the flavors, order your wings plain and get the sauces on the side so you can dip and try them without wasting wings if you don’t like a flavor. Some of the seasonal flavors can be quite intensely spicy so it’s a great way of not ending up overwhelmed. I personally prefer the bone-in wings to the boneless, as they have more flavor. The cheese curds and breaded mushrooms are house favorites for us.More

Customer service was good, how ever make sure you pay cash here because they tend to double charge when using debit cards. My server charged me twice for the same two meals. It was so hard getting my money back so Ill just say make sure you just pay cash here?

Wish I could give it 0 stars. When I got there they told me my takeout order wasnt ready even though it was past the time they said it would be ready. They made me wait an additional 10 minutes just to bring out cold, rubbery wings. Ill just go to Lansing from now on
