comfy bed, great showers, and amazing location! staff was super helpful!
central location, walkable to river walk, restaurants & shops, access to above and below ground public transit within 2-5m walk. shower water pressure was good. black out shades were helpful during bright mornings. staff was attentive went we needed something .

Loved the location!! Close to everything!! Loved the parking! It was $38.00 and that included in and out privileges and until the next departure day till 5:00! Was able to come and go as we needed and enjoy all the attractions!! Shopping on the Magnificent Mile was right there and we walked to the Millennial Park, Navy Pier and the river walk was so awesome! Loved the comfortable beds and Bluetooth mirrored bathroom! The view was great! Id stay at this hotel again!!

My family and I arrived earlier then expected and our check in time was for 4p.m. Cambria staff was able to check us in and got us a room right away. Mariellia was such a lovely soul through out the whole process. She got us directions to The University of Chicago and spoke to my daughter about some of her friends experience there and how she would enjoy the university when shes enrolled. She made us feel welcome and engaged with us a lot. This was my second stay @cambriahotel and will always be my hotel every time I visit Chicago!

Theres a 75 dollar incident fee, and they will not remind you about checking out so they can charge you even more. Its expensive with no good views or other offer to make it convenient for u as a customer. They tried to charge me when i left at the desk without telling me or waiting for me to come back to the desk to get my stuff. BTW there are a lot of rude staffs, and securities in Chicago, but some trying to be nice. Youll know when u get there, enjoy lol.
