The University of Chicago Evening MBA program at the Booth School of Business operates out of the Gleacher Center in downtown Chicago. Classes meet one evening per week from 6-9 p.m. Students average two courses per 11 week quarter, allowing them to complete the 20-course program in two and a half to three years time.

The Chicago Booth Evening MBA program accepts new students four times during the year, prior to each of the autumn, winter, spring, and summer quarters. Before the first day of classes, a three-day program called Launch kicks off the Booth student experience.

Quinlan School Of Business Loyola University

Quinlans part-time MBA program is among the top three programs in Chicago according to the U.S. News & World Report. Classes are held weekday evenings right off the Red Lin in downtown Chicago. Classes are held every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. Classes are held in downtown Chicago at Wieboldt Hall, which has convenient hotel options nearby. For students in town, weeknight classes are also available. Students should expect to take 1.55 years to graduate.

    Liautaud Graduate School Of Business University Of Illinois At Chicago

    The Liautaud Graduate School offers both a Weekend MBA and a Flexible MBA program. The Weekend MBA is a two-year cohort program that meets on Saturdays. The Flexible MBA is a set your own pace program. Students can take classes at night on Saturdays or online and can earn the degree in as little as 18 months. For all students, the program is 54 credits in length with the option of concentrating their MBA in one of twelve areas.

    Along with its 21-month full-time MBA program, Chicago Booth offers Evening and Weekend MBA programs, which allow students to earn an MBA in about 2.5 to 3 years.     When Does Chicago Booth Issue Interview Invitations

    Interviews are granted on an invitation-only basis. Candidates invited to interview will be contacted by the mid-decision date with instructions on how to schedule an interview. Based on user posts to our MBA Livewire tool from past admissions seasons, Round 1 invitations are received from the middle of October to early November, Round 2 falls between the very end of January through February, and round 3 in mid-April with some reports as late as mid-June.

    Interviews are held on campus or in a location convenient for the applicant. There is a single interview conducted by a current student, graduate, or admissions staff member. All interviews, regardless of who conducts them, receive equal weight in the evaluation process. An interview is required for admission. However, completing an interview does not guarantee admission.

Students of the Fox Schools part-time program have up to six years to complete their degree. Chicago Booth gives students up to five years.

    Another advantages of a part-time MBA is the network both face-to-face and online. ESMT Berlins part-time MBA, for example, offers 14 in-person modules, which take place between Thursday afternoon and Saturday. The curriculum is split 80% online and 20% in-person. The schools campus is currently reopening to students as well after a temporary closure because of coronavirus.
