About Chicago Cubs Tickets
The Cubs were a founding member of the National League and have played in Chicago since 1876. Over that period, the team has won multiple World Series titles.
In 1998, Cubs outfielder Sammy Sosa and Cardinals first baseman Mark McGwire were the biggest story in baseball. Both players seemed destined to break Roger Mariss record of 61 home runs in a single season. Sosa and McGwire both broke the record by the end of the season. Sosa finished second to McGwire with 66 home runs.
Until 2016, the Cubs were known for having the longest championship drought in major pro sports. 108 years passed between the Cubs second World Series win in 1908 and their third in 2016.
Though Cubs fans had gotten used to disappointment over the years, there were plenty of reasons to be optimistic about the 2016 team. After an exciting 2015 season in which the Cubs made the playoffs in a Wild Card spot and made it to the NLCS, the Cubs returned even stronger in 2016. They won 100 games in the regular season for the first time since the Great Depression and won the NL Central division. They reached the World Series for the first time since 1945. After falling behind the Cleveland Indians three games to one, the Cubs won the final three games including a dramatic 8-7 Game 7 win in extra inningsand won their first World Series title in more than a century.

Spring Training Chicago Cubs Cities
The Chicago Cubs have had an eventful 2016 season so far. The seasons first quarter had its fair share of ups and downs and the Cubs fans are enjoying the topsyturvy ride. The Cubs started the 2016 campaign as the hottest team in the MLB they hit the ground running and got off to their best start since the 1907 season. Helped by the efforts of players like Jake Arrieta and Dexter Fowler, the team established a significant lead in the National Leagues Central Division and looked to be cruising to the playoffs.
However, the team met with several speed bumps, mostly in the form of injuries. Jason Heyward and Kyle Schawber were both sidelined and squads depth and the teams mettle were tested during the opening weeks of the season. The teams results were poor in the latter half of the opening quarter, but their good start means that they are still in a very good position.
As it is, the Cubs have finished the first quarter with a 29-13 record, which is currently the best in the MLB. The team leads their division with a six game lead over the second placed Pittsburgh Pirates and statistics are suggesting that they will be the only team to cross the 100 win mark this year.
If the Cubs can maintain this form till the end of the season, they can very well win their first pennant since 1945 and reach the World Series once again. Only time will tell if that does actually happen.
Water Rower Or Concept 2 Rowing Machine
If you’re seeking an indoor rower for your house or garage door, you are likely to encounter water rowers. The water tank looks like a logical way of immunity since rowing is completed on the water, but it doesn’t scale in trouble such as air resistance. You will also have to add water in order to add resistance. And, water rowers have a tendency toward cluttered failures — such as the water tank bursting or leaking. The Concept 2 is your rower utilized by rowing teams, commercial fitness centers, etc..The Concept 2 is simple to store, a number of those water rowers aren’t.We don’t advocate water rowers, unless your budget is seriously restricted. And, in this situation you’re likely better off using a utilized Concept 2 rower.Last, do not forget that the Concept 2 is the gold standard employed in CrossFit competitions along with the Open.Scores from non-Concept2 rowers aren’t accepted.

Chicago Cubs Spring Training Location
The Cubs moved from Hohokam park in 2014 when Sloan Park opened. You have to experience it to believe it, but its like a mini-Wrigley Field! Sloan Park seats 14,156 fans, which is about 1/3 of the seating capacity at Wrigley Field. Ive heard stories from Hohokam, when Spring training was much smaller and laidback, but Sloan Park is on par with some of the larger minor league fields Ive visited. That said, it still felt much more laid-back than a game at Wrigley Field. Everyone working at Sloan Park was super friendly, accommodating and happy to be there. Unlike Wrigley Field, parking is easy and inexpensive, although you can expect traffic en route to the game! I paid $5 for parking, which was about a 10-minute walk to the field. $10 reserved parking is available and slightly closer to the park, with parking lots opening up four hours prior to the game start.
Inside Sloan Park, youll find all your favorite Chicago foods from back home, plus several MLB shops to stock up on Chicago Cubs merchandise. I tried not to go crazy, but did pick up a few new things!
