Could Not Be Better
My husband and I stayed for 2 nights because I had outpatient surgery at Rush. To a person, everyone at the hotel was incredibly courteous and helpful. They really went above and beyond. Patrick the shuttle driver was so sweet and attentive helping me in and out of the shuttle post-surgery. Room service was excellent – both the food and the service. This was an incredibly stressful visit to Chicago given the circumstances and everyone at the hotel made it as easy as possible. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We chose this hotel because it was located near the Pavilion where event was that we came for. The staff were all very nice and friendly. They greeted us at the door each time and we really appreciated them. Extremely nice. They shuttle you anywhere within a mile and back. Parking is expensive $50 per day but they told us that we could park across the street at the hospital for only $20 per day which we did. Rooms were very clean and smelled clean. Breakfast is not included. A “complimentary” bottle of water is left by refrigerator. We drank it and later my son noticed that the tag on it said that it cost $4.00 and would be added to our bill if consumed. I needed to get my glasses on to read this fine print. I regretted drinking what i thought was a free. Isn’t complimentary free?

everything. our first time visiting Chicago and the medical district Marriott was the perfect place for us to stay. shuttle service to anywhere within a mile of the hotel made my stay stress free as I didnt have to worry about trying to drive around/find parking in the city!
Bathroom space is very large and accommodating medical needs while recovering from surgery at uicThe valet service is excellent, helpful with all aspects of arrival and departure. Some front desk staff were just great and made me feel calm and comfortable before my surgery at UIC.Rooms are spot on and clean. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Netflix was loaded and a easy to access. Fridge was perfect and freezer large enough to keep icepacks cool for swelling.
The location was key! Lots of great food very close for Door Dash to deliver here. Very nice and informative staff. The shuttle was nice. Super comfortable room!
room was clean and neat, everything available such as towels. TV wasn’t working called front desk and maintenance was there within a few minutes and while it took awhile, TV was eventually fixed
No restaurant on site. Breakfast is deli outside sources. Very limited selection
