Great storage experience
This Storage place is truly wonderful. All of the employees are so kind and helpful. The space is clean and safe as well as affordable. They also have a truck that you can borrow for moving in and offer free boxes. Highly recommend.

Job Posting For Full And Part Time Self Storage Managers At Chicago Northside Storage
We are a growing company operating self-storage facilities in the Chicago Lakeview area, Old Town, and Wilmette. We are seeking reliable people to fill full-time and part-time self-storage associate positions. The part time positions will involve 16-25 hours of work per week and may also turn into a full time position as we continue to grow as well. All positions require availability on weekends and some weekdays.
Our company puts a big emphasis on supporting our team and creating a positive work environment. Our offices are all closed by 6pm so there are no night hours!
Overview of the position: helping customers with all their storage needs, following up on sales leads and inquiries, processing payments, managing delinquencies, and keeping the facility in the best shape through cleaning, light maintenance and frequent property walks. A great mix of desk and non-desk functions with plenty of customer interaction.
If you love the idea of helping customers find solutions to their problems and you take pride in your ability to keep a space clean and welcoming, this job is an awesome fit!
This is an hourly position that will require working weekends.
Qualifications:
- Requires high school diploma/GED equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in retail management, direct sales and/or customer service.
- Must be able to work well with people demonstrating a customer care focus.
- Exhibit a professional, positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Computer proficiency required .
