The hotel also offers 20,000 square feet of meeting space and a 24/7 business center with multiple PCs. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property, though guests have to sign up for the free HHonors loyalty program to access it. Concierge services include valet dry cleaning and laundry, and while valet and self-parking are available, both options are expensive.

The Embassy Suites is just north of the Chicago River on the citys Gold Coast. Its directly connected to River Center East, which features a cinema complex, a bowling alley, and restaurants. A Whole Foods supermarket is across the street, and there are several other restaurants and shops a short walk away. Its about six minutes on foot to the Magnificent Mile along Michigan Avenue, and a couple of minutes more to the nearest train station. Many top attractions are within a 15-minute walk, including Millennium Park, Museum of Contemporary Art, Navy Pier, and Water Tower Place. Union Station is 10 minutes by car or 18 minutes by public transit, and Wrigley Field is a 16-minute drive or about half an hour via public transit. McCormick Place takes about eight minutes to reach by car. Approximate driving times to Midway International Airport and OHare International Airport are 30 and 35 minutes, respectively, or an hour by public transport.

Nice Hotel But 4pm Check In Time
The second time went back to the hotel-love the location, breakfast and bed. Check in time is very late at 4pm and charge for early check in, regardless if you were a Hilton member. For $300/night and late check in at 4pm, its a bit pricey.

Not a Hilton standard. Room dirty. Comforter had spots. Musty smell and just overall disappointing. Parking terribly setup to go up three different elevator banks to get to room. I wish I had come here prior to our stay to see other bad reviews. This hotel is a dump. Don’t walk. RUN! Elevators a nightmare for amount of people – you would think it they were giving food away. Over crowded and just disappointing. Will not ever come back.
Started off with walking into the room and being greeted by a stale pool smell. Then the comforter had stains on it. We then asked for a toothbrush and the person walked right into the room to find us naked. We went to a concert came back exhausted and then couldnt sleep due to the elevator sounding like it was right above our room. It was extremely loud. We already had our belongings unpacked and didnt feel like changing rooms and going through everything again for one night. Will never stay here again.

I had called the night before checking in to ask about whether there was a hot tub and was told by staff YES. Guess what? no hot tub. The hotel is very loud, breakfast was very crowded. Pool is way too small for such a large hotel. Completely overrun.

Suites are sophisticated and contemporary, though drained of color. They feature shades of gray, brown, and beige to create a sleek and pleasant decor that borders on minimalist. The wood furniture is modular in style, but not cheap, often topped in black granite. Bright-white linens and curtains contrast nicely with the gray-and-brown striped carpet and light beige walls. Black-and-white photos of city skylines hang on the walls and the rooms are brightened by large windows. Separate living rooms have sleeper sofas, desks, and additional TVs, while bedrooms offer king beds or two doubles. The hallways between the living and bedrooms have wet bars with microwaves, mini-fridges, and Keurig coffeemakers.
