Important information that you need to know before you book!
Good location, customer service non existent
I am a travel agent for 35 years and stayed in hundred of hotels. I referred customer in this hotel. I was relocated here for several weeks due to rehabbing of my apartment. So shocked that we have to do our bedding. We carried the bedsheets and towels to the reception area and they replaced the items and do it yourself. I never imagine that such thing existed in USA. Khalil was the best reception clerk so helpful and kind.

This is the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in more than 300 hotel rooms! There was mold on the bathtub, the epoxy on the tub was flaking off, there was a spot of carpet that was thread bare, the carpet was filthy, mold was on the bathroom sink and there were small holes in the wall and no closet door or curtain and the bottom of the bathroom door was delaminating!
