The Hampton Inn is located in River North, a major shopping and dining destination in Chicago. It’s within walking distance of the Magnificent Mile, home to the Water Tower, the John Hancock Observatory, the Pumping Station and Wrigley Building, as well as the Loop and the Theatre District. Thanks for sharing your experience of your recent stay with us.I am sorry that you encountered outside noise during your stay. The great thing about being in a dense urban downtown is the excitement of many people, things to do with a constant a hustle & bustle however, with that comes noise. As with most hotels in downtown, street noise is something that will be encountered: Downtown Chicago is a dense, bustling city with lots of city noise including emergency vehicles that may be heard throughout all hours of the day. Most guests are not generally disturbed by the noise, but we realize that each person has their own sensitivity to it. For those light sleepers or to those not accustomed to city noise we do offer earplugs at the front desk.

Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago
This inn is located in the very heart of Chicago, near The Magnificent Mile and 25 minutes’ walk from Millennium Park. Within short driving distance of the 3,300-foot-long Navy Pier, this excellent venue offers modern rooms plus fitness classes and a gym area.
Guests will also appreciate proximity to Shops at Northbridge Shopping Mall, which is 500 metres away. The city centre is close by, about 20 minutes’ walk away. The accommodation is just off the restored gilded age mansion “Richard H. Driehaus Museum”.
The rooms overlook the city and feature complimentary wireless internet, coffee/tea makers and satellite TV. Coffee & tea makers and a fridge are also provided.

Basic Contemporary Decor Flat
Comfortable rooms have muted white-and-green decor and come equipped with coffeemakers, flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi But they only have alarm clock radios — no iPod docks or CD players — and rooms facing the street get noise from the nearby fire station.
