The hotel was great. Good amenities and friendly staff. The hot tub wasn’t working for us, but overall great. I’m especially thankful to the security and cleaning staff. I left a very important family item in my room after check out. I called the desk and was forwarded to cleaning/security staff. I spoke to the supervisor, Brandon and he was amazing. His staff understood the importance, check the room, found my item and had open communication with me. I drove a few hrs to pick it back up. They had it safe and sound. They didn’t disregard my issue and were extremely pleasent and understanding to me. I applaud them and recommend their Hilton Garden Inn. They were top notch staff. Our family if 4 had a two queen room on the 27th floor, with a partial view toward Lake Michigan . Picture upon arrival of the lobby, in the room and bathroom also attached. Picture in the restaurant & bar is also inserted. Breakfast is not included at this Hilton Garden, but the downstairs restaurant was good. This Hotel is a very easy walk across Michigan Avenue and RR tracks to the lakefront, Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium, & Soldier field. From the airport we took the Blue line to the Lasalle station and walked about 20 minutes to the hotel.

location was perfectbooked this for my parents who were visiting us where we live in South Loop. great excuse to try the many restaurants within a blocks radius! although a lake view wasnt guaranteed when you booked the corner room, the staff managed to book one anyway without us asking so my parents got to watch the sunrise on their wedding anniversary! only feedback is the HVAC seems a bit more datedmy parents mentioned the AC would make a booming sound when it turned on in the middle of the night that would wake them up.
The Valet was spectacular. Very nice, fast, and made me feel like my car was safe. They front desk was accommodating and very nice!! I will stay here in the future!!!

Great location, nice staff, rooms are nice with a large bathroom, coffee, yes and not chocolate available in lobby. The hotel restaurant, which is Chinese, was really good.

Loved the location, very close to the the park. Everything from food, entertainment, the stadium, to the bean, was in walkable distance. Very clean room.
