Good Location For Downtown
First time in downtown Chicago and this hotel was in a good location to a lot of the primary items in the downtown area. Would stay again if travel to the area was required. Breakfast was complementary and had a good selection of foods

Ninth floor corner room – road noise was so loud we could hear it over tv at maximum. Street racing until three am in morning. informed front desk and they explained this was normal and made it sound like I should have known before booking. They gave me some earplugs. Also we did not have a crib in room as requested in our booking.
