Checked in to find out the room stinks,the toilet didn’t work,dog fur all over the floor.We were told by the front desk there was no cleaning service available to vacuum the room. 8hours drive to a terrible service.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Everyone at the front desk was very respectful and kind. We came for a small vacation and the location of the hotel was perfect for what we needed. The showers had great water pressure, which not all hotels have!

problems with a supervisor who LIED and told me she could not change my room BECAUSE the computer makes the selection as to where guests stay. She told me ALL guests were in the hotel when I checked in at 3pm.

Our stay at the Hyatt Place was awesome! We were able to have the space we needed to meet with our family and all the hotel staff were very helpful. Mr. Preston Marshall was excellent in making sure our family event was a success. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Thanks again for having us. We really enjoyed our time at the hotel!
