Another Restaurant With Outdoor Heaters
Last week’s column listed a number of area restaurants that have outdoor seating with heaters nearby to keep patrons warm and feeling safe during COVID times.

An addition to that list is Upland Brewing Co., at 350 W. 11th St.
Subtract C3. The bar and restaurant at 1505 E. Piazza Drive had a tent and heaters outside last winter, but will not this time around. There is still outdoor seating for anyone who might want to eat outside on a warmer day.

Special Dinner At Farm
FARMbloomington will offer a special Black Friday Turkey Hangover dinner Nov. 26, which will pair well with the holiday lighting ceremony at the courthouse square that Friday night. The dinner will be offered 4-9 p.m. Kids younger than 10 can eat for free.
FARM officials have released a statement about the hangover dinner: “The best thing for a hangover is the hair of the dog that bit you, but in this case its the feather of the bird that pecked you.”
The dinner will have turkey, kale and wild rice soup, turkey Manhattans, Texas turkey wings with salsa verde, turkey tetrazzini and FARMhotBrowns. Chief bartender Doug Spradley will have warm mulled wine and ciders as well as cocktails available. FARMbloomington is at 108 E. Kirkwood Ave.

I called in advance to pick up my order and ended up waiting 30-40 mins still. The guy at the counter forgot to give me the food after making it and to make matters worst I paid for two large lemonades and got two small slushies instead. The slushies were very bitter on top of that and the food was dry.
