Moving into 200 Squared has been a completely positive experience.Kelsey the Business Manager is extremely professional and so very helpful. She assisted me in every step of my move-in process…from the initial application thru move in day.Other building staff members Guerlin, Towanna and Paul have gone above and beyond and have always been most helpful. The entire building staff is very friendly and always eager to assist in any way.The building is top notch and I cant wait to use the amenities!
Helpful staff. Clean common areas and amenities spaces. The apartment is nice and everything works well. Very spacious. Good layout. Washer and dryer in unit is amazing. Dishwasher. Built in microwave. Hardwood floors. Huge bathroom. Great views. Nice patio with fire pit and grills. Amazing elevators. I know it sounds silly, but I’ve lived in a building with terrible elevators and it ruins your day. These are so fast. I recommend 200 Squared. It is a great place to live.
Overall great place and great location. The doorman staff is good as well. I have really enjoyed the swimming pool thus far and the back office has been friendly too. Rent is fairly expensive and in the actual loop there isnt much going on after work hours but this is very close to river north too so its nice that I can walk to work and be super close to public transit and river north too.
