What are people saying about apartments services in Chicago, IL?
This is a review for a apartments business in Chicago, IL:
“Beware if you’re renting from Fulton Grace Realty. After requesting a work order and being informed of a 10-14 day delay – and instructed that we would receive a heads up for the date/time of when to expect the repair – their “Team Clark” sent somebody over with NO NOTICE. I was alone, in the shower, couldn’t hear anything until the person had walked in and set off the bells on our front door. I don’t know who was more embarrassed, the repair person or a very scared and naked me.This is on top of many other things that have gone unaddressed since we moved in, like a busted deadbolt on the exterior backdoor and various junk left in the backyard from previous tenants.FGR is only interested in your monthly payment. Do not have high expectations for consideration of your privacy.”

Types Of Chicago Lofts For Rent
There are several different types of lofts in Chicago. Definitions of “what makes an apartment a loft apartment?” will vary. A Warehouse Loft is found in a converted factory building or warehouse, as the name implies. These types of lofts in Chicago have been carved out of formerly industrial buildings and features like concrete floors, bare concrete columns, exposed brick and factory windows are common in Warehouse and Industrial Lofts. The South Loop, Fulton Market and River North neighborhoods of Chicago contain many good examples of this type of loft apartment.
A Timber Loft probably matches many renters’ preconception of what lofts look like. Sturdy wooden beams and timber-clad ceilings are a defining trait for Timber Lofts. These are spread across the city in various neighborhoods, with Bronzeville, Lakeview and Noble Square containing some fine examples.
Then there are the Soft Loft apartments, which renters might encounter in areas with more recent construction like the West Loop, South Loop, and Chicago Loop. This is a loft apartment built in recent years with the specific aim of evoking a loft feel: high ceilings, generous natural light and raw industrial materials are incorporated into the apartment even though it was never used in any industrial capacity.
