The listing for that residence boasted of the breathtaking views of the Glenwild Golf Course and the Wasatch Mountains in every direction.

Jordan got full ownership of the house in 2007, a year after separating from his ex-wife, Juanita Vanoy, reports NBA Fandom. He first put his home for sale in March 2012 with an asking price of $29 million. No buyers were willing to stake that high, and this made the property languish on the market. A year later, Jordan dropped the price to $21 and then relisted it again for $16 million.
The struggle continued. In 2015, the propertys listing agent at that time stated that, as an incentive, they would give a buyer every edition of Air Jordans in their size. The current price for the house now is $14,855,000. If you add up the numbers in the recent listing, 14,855,000, the total is 23, the iconic number in Jordans jersey and almost half the original asking price.

At the end of February, retired Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordans 32,683-square-foot Legend Point mansion in Highland Park will mark a rare distinction: It will celebrate 10 years of being for sale.
Although His Airness listing price today of $14.85 million is almost exactly half of the $29 million amount that he once had sought for the nine-bedroom mansion and its 7.37-acre property, he still has found no takers. And he has clung to his current $14.85 million asking price now for almost seven years.
Now, however, the listing agent for the property since Jordan first listed it in 2012, Katherine Malkin of Compass, told Elite Street in an interview that we actually have quite a bit of interest in it right now.
Im not sure if its because of the TV programs that they did or if its because people have an interest in looking at it a little bit differently, but suddenly there does appear to be a bit of interest in it, she said.
Malkin noted that some interested buyers of late have suggested subdividing the property, which isnt necessarily easy given that its shape is like a flag lot, in which a narrow driveway, or the flagpole, extends north to the rest of the property.
Malkin noted that the property is adjacent to a forest preserve, making it more secluded and expansive.

Hes regarded as the greatest basketballer of all time, but there is one title that Michael Jordan has been trying for years to offload.
The six-time champion may be all the talk of the world right now thanks to a new documentary The Last Dance, but it has still not helped him offload his Chicago mansion.

The epic property, where the GOAT of basketball called home during his championship seasons with the Chicago Bulls, has been on the market for eight years, but has failed to find anyone who wants to buy it.
The key issue may be the homes asking price the estate at Highland Park, Illinois was originally put on the market for a gaudy $AU 47 million back in 2012, but failed to score any interest.
That asking price has since come down over the years with Jordan working with different agencies to try different techniques to appeal to buyers, including an immersive video tour .
The 57-year-old tried to auction off the estate in 2013, but nobody bid the minimum $AU 23.5 million.

After that season, MJ retired and returned to play for the Washington Wizards.
