Franchises Outside The Us

Papa John’s New York Style Pizza Review!

Europe

Papa John’s has operated in the United Kingdom since 1999. In July 2015, the company had 300 shops in the UK, although in 2010 it had plans for the number rising to between 400 and 500 within the next five years.

Papa John’s operates throughout Ireland, with its head office at Ballybrit, County Galway. The company has over 50 locations and operates mobile units around the country. The franchises are often located adjacent to Supermacs fast food outlets, whose parent company owns the exclusive franchise rights for the chain in Ireland.

Spain is the second most important European market for Papa John’s. The chain has been operating in Spain since 2016, and had 42 restaurants by late 2017. In particular, the restaurants achieved a significant presence in the Madrid province with more than half of the Spanish restaurants being located there. Papa John’s expects to open at least 100 restaurants just in the province of Madrid, as well as expanding to other regions across Spain.

Papa John’s also operated in Russia and Belarus with plans to expand to several other European and Central Asian countries.

Papa John’s restaurants in Portugal have closed or no longer operate under the brand name. Some of these locations still serve pizza, though the master-franchise Rest-Smart filed for bankruptcy.

In Poland, Papa John’s opened their first location in 2017.

India

Other parts of Asia

Papa John’s opened its first store in Lahore, Pakistan in early 2019.

Papa Bowls Put The Focus On Papa Johns Premium Toppings

At Papa Johns one statement is served with every pizza and is on every box. The simple idea of Better Ingredients Better Pizza is more than superlative language. It is promise to every customer that each bite delivers the flavor that people expect. With the new Papa Bowls, it is time to grab the fork because Papa Johns might have just topped itself.

Innovating the pizza slice may not be as easy as it seems. While cheese, pepperoni, and the classic deluxe pizza will always be a top choice, there are only so many ways that pie can serve up something new. Beyond stuffing the crust or maybe changing the sauce, how can a pizza brand toss in innovation.

Recently, Papa Johns announced that it would bring Papa Bowls to its menu. The idea is simple. All the toppings of those Better Ingredients are served in a bowl with sauce. Even though the Papa Johns dough will always be craveable, these bowls satisfy in a big way.

The Papa Bowls come in three flavors: Italian Meats Trio, Chicken Alfredo and Garden Veggie. In addition, guests can customize their own bowl. From a hearty bite to a bounty of vegetables, these bowls can be enjoyed on their own, an addition to a pizza or served however people please.

Recently, Scott Rodriguez, Papa Johns Senior Vice President of Menu Strategy and Product Innovation spoke to FoodSided about the new Papa Bowls. During the taste test, it was hard to put the fork down, but the bold flavors are just part of the story.

Papa John’s Launched A Weird New ‘craving’ And Pizza Lovers Aren’t Having It

A new Papa Johns menu item is saying goodbye to crust, and pizza lovers cant help but mock the new addition to the fast-food chain.

The chain announced last week that its latest dish, Papa Bowls, didnt need the foundation for pizza pies. The bowls will include toppings for a number of pizza types including Garden Veggie, Italian Meats Trio and Chicken Alfredo minus the round crust to hold them.

Our signature crust continues to be a beloved favorite, but we know that sometimes customers crave something different, said Scott Rodriguez, the chains senior vice president of strategy and product innovation.

We want them to know we are committed to delivering on all of those cravings through our menu.

Pizza lovers caught on to the news through a CNN tweet describing the item as a way for the chain to get people excited about pizza again.

The new menu item, like crust on a bad pizza, was burned to a crisp.

People never stopped being excited about pizza. They stopped being excited about Papa Johns which is utterly shitty pizza, .

To get people excited about pizza again, papa Johns is now offering something that isnt pizza, .

You can see more pizza lovers chew on the announcement below.
