We stayed here recently with my son and daughter, each in their own bedsit room. Rooms are a little worn in places, but clean and tidy and the air conditioning was wonderful. We all found the staff to be lovely. Check in was a breeze, during our week long stay the lifts worked well on all but one day. On our first morning I woke up at 4am desperate for a cup of tea , went down to front desk and they immediately provided me with a small carton of milk for no charge – they also gave out free bottles of water whenever asked. I really liked the room, big fridge/freezer and a massive microwave . We found the toaster on the day we were leavingisnt that just typical! There was a good sized walk in shower with dispensers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of towels, which could be refreshed if requested from housekeeping. We were told at check in that if we wanted the room refreshed we would have to request it, this was fine with us. The free breakfast was ideal for me, all I wanted was toast and jam and perhaps a yoghurt. Otherwise there were plenty of cereals, always freshly scrambled eggs, some kind of meat offering , bread, bagels and fresh fruit, Ive probably left something out, but the offerings as I have said were good for me. We would most certainly stay here again.
