we stayed there for one night because it was close to the airport and had an airport shuttle. we had been visiting Chicago for a week, staying near the center and near public transit stop. the Sonesta was very nice and perfect for near the airport. I wouldnt choose it if my object was to visit Chicago.

This was a great choice for a one night stay before a flight. Staff was friendly, and check-in/out was easy. The 2 queen bed room has a separate room for one of the beds, but you have to access the bathroom through that room. There is a small refrigerator and a microwave in the room, and the hotel lobby has a shop for snacks/essential items. The bathroom was a decent size and the shower had excellent water pressure. It was nice to have the Harry Caray restaurant on site for breakfast and dinner. We really appreciated having the airport shuttle, which ran every 30 minutes. It was on time and efficient!
