Dont Stay Here Its Filthy And Unsafe
Appalled at the conditions of my room considering the location of the hotel, name of the hotel, and price I paid . My room was covered in mold and unbeknownst to me and my family we didnt notice until the next day. We were already there for a medical procedure and had 2 children under the age of 2 with us so you can imagine how upset I was. I sent pictures and reached out for a refund or some type of compensation but nothing so I will be leaving dozens of bad reviews and photos of proof. Do better!!!! Also the good is mediocre and not worth getting up unless you just want coffee, juice or wafflesMore

Staff are amazing here. Javier and Fannie in the breakfast room are wonderful rooms are, clean, large and spacious and the mattresses are extremely comfortable! Location is excellent.From housekeeping to front desk, you couldnt ask for more accommodating staff. We stayed 18 days, and will definitely come again.
The room was not cleaned. Doo doo stains in the toilet. Hair in sink. Forced to pay valet. Never will i stay here again. I checked out 2 hrs into the reservation and was charged the full night . Poor management
