I stay here when I’m in town on business, sometimes up to a month at a time and never had and issue or bad experience with management or staff. Breakfasts are great way to start the day. The rooms are always clean and neat.

Giant Spiderwebs And They Came With Free Spiders
I woke up with a large spider on my nightstand. That’s when I noticed the spiderwebs between the wall and the AC unit. Look at the photos! How do you miss something like this when cleaning??? Other than that, the service was friendly and the breakfast was nice.

Always A Pleasurable Stay
When visiting family in Illinois I always choose StaySure by Best Western. Thee staff is great and the hotel is clean and comfortable. I will always book here. It’s the economical choice for me and my husband!

Need To Work On Their Problem Management
I called on a 7 hr drive to book a handicapped room since I was seeing a doctor the next morning after surgery. The girl on the phone misunderstood and thought I said for the next day. I corrected her saying I would probably be admitted to the hospital the following day and we moved forward. I ended the call saying, okay see you in a few hours. When we arrived, she had booked it for the following day. And kept telling my husband and her manager I had said tomorrow. These things happen. I can forgive the misunderstanding. My problem comes in that they made no effort to amend the situation. Telling my husband they were sorry but they had no vacancy. They left a woman in a wheelchair battling infection after a 7 hr car ride to drive around hotel to hotel at 10 pm. Then when I find a hotel that can help us, I see that online they still have four rooms listed for purchase for the night. I’m an extremely understanding person and would have been completely happy if they had just offered to let us see if one of their last rooms would have worked for us. Instead, I was left in pain and crying searching for a place that cares enough about people to really try to help.
Keep Coming Back And Never Disappoints
I have used this hotel for a few years now on my business trips to Chicago. It just does not disappoint. The people who work there both day or night shifts are always great, the room is very nice, hot water, excellent breakfast and on and on…if you have to stay in this area do not look any farther…

Clean Rooms Friendly Staff And Good Breakfast
I was very pleased with the service and rooms at the SureStay Hotel by Best Western in Lombard. I reserved the room due to location and price, knowing I was not spending a lot of time at the hotel. I was able to park close to an entrance which is a big thing coming back late at night alone and being a woman. The breakfast was enjoyable and so much more than an apple and donut. When I come back into town I will stay there again.

Heading To Lombard If So This Hotel Is The Place To Stay
I rarely find Hotels with hospitality but here you have a front desk that is very personable as soon as you check in. Randy the GM has a great team in Selena, Melissa , Lilly. Patrick, Ken, Silvio and Bercinia. They always have a smile behind the Front Desk. The room we stayed in was fresh and that’s kudos to the Housekeepers. I saw a Review that was false because there were no young girls there so DISREGARD that one’s assumption about trafficking. Really just a waste of time reporting it. Never saw a Police car in the parking lot driving around and what does letters on her car has to do with what he or she describes, don’t worry about assumptions. The rates are MUCH more affordable the most Hotels in the area. One point to emphasize is NOT to stay at The Sonesta next door. That GM there does a horrible job where he tells you to throw your towels and sheets outside on the porch outside the room and the Housekeepers will pick the them up. Waited 4 hours..no pick up and they were right across the way where they do the laundry. Been visiting Lombard twice a year and this is the place my wife and I will stay in the future. Trust me you can’t go wrong especially with the rates and hospitality you will be impressed. Enjoy your stay!

The Hotel Was Very Clean And We Had A Lovely Room On The Ground Floor Which Looked Like It Was Newly Decorated
I wish no guests or employee shall smoke any tobacco product next to hotel door or by stairways area within 20 feet of a main exit, entrance. I can smell the any tobacco product by the entrance door or stairways

Excellent Service And Stay
Stayed one night to attend a nearby concert. Outstanding service, very nice room, clean and well kept premises. Good varied continental breakfast. Similar in service and property to a Hampton Inn or Fairfield Inn at VERY reasonable price. Recommend highly.

Our Go To Hotel When In The Chicagoland Area
My wife and I had a funeral to attend, needed to spend the night before heading back home. We stayed at the SureStay last year and loved it decided to go back. I’m glad we did! The hotel is located in a great spot. There are places to eat and shop right around the hotel. Also not far from the interstate. The hotel lobby is undergoing remodeling, it is going to look amazing when it is complete. There was absolutely no construction noise in our room. They did however have to move the breakfast to the second floor, which was accommodating. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly. We will most definitely be back when we need to go to the Chicagoland area again! Highly recommended!

Fabulous Hotel With Amazing Breakfast
Me and my husband stayed at this property for three days. It was the most pleasant stay with amazing complimentary breakfast. The best part was that they had hot and cold breakfast. The staff was extremely polite ,rooms were very very clean We loved every bit of our stay here. Highly recommend this place if ur looking to stay away from downtown.

Good price, clean room, good service, good breakfast, room as expected, easy access of rooms with adjacent parking and Hotel located where I needed to be. I would recommend Sure Stay to both Business and Personal Travelers.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past several years. I’m happy to report the hotel is as well kept, clean, quiet, priced right as it was over the past years. The complimentary breakfast is still great, well stocked and clean all these years. So nice to see hotels stay well maintained since so many hotels go down over the years. Clean Convenient And Definite Value For The Money
Stayed at this hotel as an alternative to the Westin a few blocks away, which would have been double the price, and NO breakfast included. This SureStay was very clean and quiet. Stayed here the past three year, at about the same time in March, for an annual event held at the Westin. Hot breakfast was quiet good, with lots of room for quests. Excellent coffee! Room was very clean and smelled fresh. Very quiet both nights of my stay. Comfortable bed.

For the last couple years I have been staying here whenever I travel to Chicago after staying at a competing local hotel. This place is top shelf clean rooms, quiet and convenient with great pricing. The breakfast is amazing and is included. You cannot go wrong with this place.
