Where Do Chicago Bulls Play Their Home Games
United Center, which is a multi-purpose indoor arena located in Northwest Chicago, is the home of the Bulls. It is the biggest NBA arena in terms of seating capacity, with more than 20,900 seats made available for basketball games.
Apart from the Bulls, the arena also hosts the Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League. With more than 19,700 seats for NHL games, it is the second biggest arena in the top tier of American hockey. Additionally, the ownership of the United Center is shared by both the Bulls and Blackhawks.
Along with hockey and basketball, the arena is also known for hosting indoor arenas. In addition, it has a maximum capacity of 23,500 for concerts, which are held throughout the year.
But United Center was not always the home of the Bulls. The first home stadium of the team was International Amphitheatre during the 1966-1967 seasons. Following this, they occupied the Chicago Stadium for over 17 years before moving to the United Center.

Heres Why Chicago Bulls Stars Demar Derozan And Zach Lavine Are A Top Duo In The Nba
For starters, DeRozan and LaVine put on a scoring clinic this past season, DeRozan averaged a career-high 27.9 points per game and LaVine averaged 24.4. That places their combined scoring average at a whopping 52.3 points per game, which is almost half of the Bulls 111.6 points per game average. Not many duos in the league can say that they almost average half of their teams total points on a nightly basis.
The dynamic duos scoring average would place them top three amongst all the other elite duos in the NBA. If that doesnt land them in the conversation for one of the best duos in the league then I dont know what will.

Chicago Bulls Who Shined Brightest In Preseason Play
After a shaky start in their first preseason contest against the Pelicans, the Chicago Bulls continued to look better and better with each passing game and racked up victories over the Nuggets, Raptors, and Bucks to cap off an otherwise very successful warm-up to the 2022-23 campaign.
Last year, fans were treated to their taste of the Zach LaVine and DeMar DeRozan tandem but this year it was largely the role players who stepped and made an impact. In fact, Chicagos primary offensive option LaVine ranked 8th in points per game across the Bulls four preseason games, proving just how comfortable the team was to allow lesser players to step up and make an impression.
Among the bunch, we had a few fighting for a starting position in the lineup, and others out looking to prove that they were the free agent addition the Bulls had been lacking all along. These five players may have enjoyed an outstanding preseason, but now I cant wait to see how they perform when the games matter most.

Do The Chicago Bulls Have The Best Duo In The Nba
As we head into training camp, the Chicago Bulls look to reload for this upcoming season. While it culminated in a first-round knockout in the playoffs, the main bright spot from last season was the play of DeMar DeRozan and Zach LaVine two of the most prolific scorers in the league today. Unfortunately when it comes to listing the top duos in the NBA DeRozan and LaVine are often left out of the top 5, which is outrageous.
In a recent tweet by Bleacher Report here are their top 5 duos in the NBA.
How would you rank these duos?
1. Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jrue Holiday2. Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray3. Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving4. Joel Embiid and James Harden5. Kawhi Leonard and Paul George
Bleacher Report
Nowhere on this list is the Bulls scoring tandem, a pairing that has combined for more points than a majority of the duos on this list.

Gilmore And Theus Duo

Klein sold the Bulls to the Wirtz Family, longtime owners of the Chicago Blackhawks. Indifferent to NBA basketball, the new ownership group infamously implemented a shoestring budget, putting little time and investment into improving the team.
Artis Gilmore, acquired in the ABA dispersal draft in 1976, led a Bulls squad which included guard Reggie Theus, forward David Greenwood and forward Orlando Woolridge.
In 1979, the Bulls lost a coin flip for the right to select first in the NBA draft . Had the Bulls won the toss, they would have selected Magic Johnson instead, they selected David Greenwood with the second pick. The Los Angeles Lakers selected Johnson with the pick acquired from the New Orleans Jazz, who traded the selection for Gail Goodrich.
After Gilmore was traded to the San Antonio Spurs for center Dave Corzine, the Bulls employed a high-powered offense centered around Theus, and which soon included guards Quintin Dailey and Ennis Whatley. However, with continued dismal results, the Bulls decided to change direction, trading Theus to the Kansas City Kings during the 198384 season. Attendance began to dwindle, with the Wirtz Family looking to sell to ownership groups interested in moving the team out of Chicago, before selling to local ownership.

Benny is one of the longest-tenured mascots in the NBA and in all of professional sports.Benny was named after Ben Bentley, the Bull’s first Public Relations Manager and Stadium Announcer. Benny was one of the promotional tools general manager Pat Williams employed to boost the Bulls’ arena entertainment and attendance.
Da Bull does not have a tail like other Bulls. He lost his tail while practicing his amazing dunks at the United Center. By not having a tail, Da Bull has been able to perform even more slam dunks and tumbling because his long, skinny tail no longer gets in the way.An injury to his hoof during the 19992000 Bulls season sidelined Da Bull briefly, but he returned to the trampoline after a short recovery period.” His performer, Chester Brewer, was arrested in 2004 for illegally selling marijuana from his car, therefore retiring the mascot.

Can You Park On The Streets For The Bulls Home Games
Yes. You can park on the nearby streets of United Center on Chicago Bulls gamedays. But only if you can find a vacant street space! The Bulls home games attract hundreds of thousands to the stadium, and the neighborhood streets would be packed with people and vehicles.
Some of the street spaces can be found on West Grand Avenue, West Madison Street, West Washington Boulevard, North Carpenter Street, and a few others. But all these streets mentioned above are more than 50 minutes walking distance from the Chicago Bulls arena. So it is not practical to use these spaces.
Even if you find a closer street parking spot by luck, there is the risk of violations. Since this is an active region in Chicago, parking violations will not be taken lightly by the local authority. For minor violations, you may have to pay heavy fines. So it is better to look for other alternatives that leave your car on the streets.
